Egg pakoda

The spirit cannot endure the body when overfed, but, if underfed, the body cannot endure the spirit.  ~St Frances de Sales
This snack sure is the best on a day like today!!! It has been drizzling and windy today. Everything looks greener and cleaner everywhere. Love the smell and feels like the monsoon season in India. I remember so vividly eating these snacks with my family back in India a couple years back. And today, some of my closest family are here for thanxgiving and we all are having sooooooooooooooooo much fun. I havent laughed this much in such a looooooooog time. I sure wouldnt trade it for anything. This snack sure brings back memories. Im enjoying sooooooooo much with my family. Heres a simple treat for your family during this season.
