Grilled fish

We love seafood and one of our favourites is spiced fried/grilled fish!! This sure is the simplest yet yummiest Indian delicacy but please DONT fry it inside the house, they have an undying fragrance for ages LOL. Grilled fish is lot more healthier. Heres a yummy recipe with king fish!



Ingredients: 

Fish pieces 4 
Oil to coat 
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
ripe tomato 1
salt to taste
 
Procedure:
 
  • Clean fish and coat the fish with oil, chilli powder, turmeric powder and squeeze the juice of one ripe tomato.
  • Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Grill them on bothe sides and serve them hot with rasam and rice.
