Chicken 65

Chicken 65 is a spicy chicken dish from Southern India. It is one of our favourites and its very simple to make it. The flavors of spices, ginger and garlic will burst in your mouth. Chicken 1Pound (boneless)
Lemon juice 3 tsp.
Red chili powder 2 tsp.
Curd (Yogurt) As per taste
Garlic paste 1 tsp.
Ginger paste 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder ½ tsp.
Red coloring(optional).
Oil For Frying
Salt As per taste
Green Chillis for garnish
1.Cut the chicken into small cubes.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the green chillies and oil. Apply this to the chicken and
leave it overnight.
3. Deep fry the chicken once marinated

4. Serve hot with fried green chillies and lemon wedges.
