Beef Pot Roast shredded
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 large green pepper
5 green onions chopped
2 tbsp oil
1/2 Cup coleslaw mix
In a small bowl combine the cornstarch soy sauce until blended set aside.
In a large skillet, stir-fry green pepper in oil until tender, remove and set aside.
Stir the soy sauce mixture, stir into skillet. Bring to boil cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Return green pepper mixture to the pan,
Spoon the beef mixture in the centre of the roti, top with 2 tbsp of coleslaw mix. Roll and serve
