Indian Deviled Eggs


  • 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1 onion
  • 1 strip curry leaves
  • small bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt and pepper, for taste
  • oil


Halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Grind onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste to a fine paste.
Pour oil in a pan and fry the ground mixture until oil separates. Cook well. Then add salt and fry for couple more minutes.
Mash yolks with a fork and stir in the above cooked mixture.
Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture.
