Ingredients
vegetable oil 1/4 cuphoney 1/3 cup
soy sauce 1/3 cup
ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
chicken breast halves -8 (skinless, boneless)
garlic 2 cloves
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, soy sauce, chilli powder, cumin and pepper.
- Preheat the grill
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear. Turn and brush with reserved marinade frequently.
